Project Architects

We require PROJECT ARCHITECTS with a minimum of 10–15 years of Canadian experience in large residential high-rise and mixed-used developments. Building code knowledge of complex buildings is required, as is a strong understanding of development application approvals. Fluent AutoCAD skills are expected, and a working knowledge of Revit would be complementary.

You will need excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling you to manage both large and diverse consultant teams and to foster strong working relationships with approving authorities. Together with extensive partner involvement, you will be expected to mentor the excellent support staff Kirkor continues to develop. Above all else, keeping long-term clients happy in the bustle of large projects is paramount.
