Mr. Mohammed's experience, CAD expertise, working drawing knowledge, friendly disposition and affable qualities serves as a forefront for his strong commitment for client satisfaction and getting the job done. Graduating from John Donaldson Technical Institute in Trinidad, Shazad was ranked as one of the top graduates from his class of 1985. Prior to emigrating from Trinidad, he worked with the Ministry of Works in Port of Spain. First joining Kirshenblatt Korman Associates in 1987, and moved to the position of Associate in 2006, Shazad remains deeply involved in projects from the initial design and development approvals and marketing stages, responsible for consultant and municipal coordination together while keeping his clients intimately informed. His list of accomplished projects includes Markham Uptown masterplanning and interim retail developments, Thornhill City Centre, extensive warehousing industrial developments with flex functions, and faith based educational institutions such as the Tiferes Bais Yaakov High School and the Riwoche Tibetan Temple. |
