The proposed development on Adelaide is centered around the development of the public open space on the south east corner of the property that becomes the axial vista line along Ontario Street to the South and the bordering Ontario Street to the east. The immediate nature of the area is rapidly changing with the future anticipated developments further to the east which will highlight the contemporary residential towers that are slightly offset from each other that have been developed to rise above a strong podium base which predominantly describes the neighbouring street edge that reinforces the warehouse district of the King/Parliament district.
