MIXED USE
Hullmark Centre
Toronto | Ontario
At the corner of a major intersection and above two subway lines, this project was designed to become the heart of the North York City Centre. Appealing to both politicians and ratepayers, it has become a truly integrated commercial and residential site. Kirkor has created an elegant and modern mixed-use project, with glazed architecturally dynamic forms. A grand pedestrian courtyard, featuring an environmental graphics wall that animates the site through all seasons will become the northern gateway to the City.
