As Architects of Record for Festival Tower, Kirkor has provided design support to KPMB Architects and technical production knowledge in the facilitation of the design development documents.
Within the evolution of the schematic design, Kirkor has taken a lead role in the interpretation of the design philosophy to ensure the highest quality of production standards through site plan approval in construction. Our expertise in multi-family housing and the ability to coordinate between two separate functions with the podium and the tower has been invaluable to the overall nature of the project. |
